Technical Requirements for the eClassroom

You need a computer and a broadband internet connection to access the eClassroom. For slower internet connections, audio-only lectures are available in place of video. Lectures are "streamed" — not downloaded — and do not require memory on your hard drive, nor do they take a long time to load.

You can download the following software free of charge:

• Mozilla Firefox
• Internet Explorer 7 (For a better user experience, we recommend upgrading from Internet Explorer 6)
• RealPlayer
• Adobe Acrobat Reader

Make certain that your monitor's screen resolution is set to at least 1024x768 pixels:
